Setting up a listing

Step 1

Register an account through our Vendor Registration Form >


Step 2

You’ll receive a Vendor Registration email to confirm an account submission, followed shortly by a Vendor Approval email. (Check your junk folder if the email isn’t in your inbox)


Step 3

Using the link in the Vendor Registration email, set a new password and then head back to the homepage and login with the username you created (This can also be found in the Vendor Registration email).

Returning to the homepage, login into you account using your username and password. Upon login, you’ll be taken to your dashboard.


Step 4

To add a listing, select ‘Add a listing’ on the dashboard menu.


Step 5

Select the Listing Package Subscription (We’re currently giving all local businesses a 6 months FREE listing).


Step 6

Enter your details along with payment details (You won’t be charged anything for the first 6 months).


Step 7

Fill in all the required information by scrolling down the page, when complete, preview your listing and if you’re happy click ‘Submit your listing’. If you need to make any amends click ‘Edit Listing’ to go back and update your information.


Step 8

Once you’ve submitted, enter your details along with payment details (You won’t be charged anything for the first 6 months).


Step 9

Congrats your now listed on Knutsford High Street!


Step 10

To make any amends to your listing, update any content and view viewing statistics you can easily log back into your account. Go to ‘My Listings’.

Setting up product sales

To sell products on Knutsford High Street you must have a valid Paypal account to receive funds. Learn more about PayPal here >

Step 1

To get started go to your Dashboard and click ‘Product Dashboard’


Step 2

Click ‘Store Settings’ on the left hand side


Step 3

Make sure the correct email address is entered under Vendor Email as this is where notifications are sent and under PayPal Email add the email address for your PayPal account in the required field, and click update.

Adding products to your listing

Step 1

To add a product, head to your Dashboard


Step 2

Select ‘Product Dashboard’, this opens a new dashboard where all your products are kept. You can add and manage products, view sales and manage stock.


Step 3

To add a product, go to Products > Add New


Step 4

Work through the page and add a title, description and product image/gallery.
Fill in the product data general section to add a price, include VAT in your product price.

If you want to manage stock, enable stock management which allows you to add the number of products you have stocked so you can’t oversell.


Step 5

Vendors are responsible for fulfilling and shipping/sending orders after a customer has ordered their product(s). Shipping is added per product and needs to be added. Insert a new row and enter GB as the Country Code, County and Post Code can be left blank. Enter the value for shipping excluding VAT as this is added at checkout.

We’ve set the site up so if the user lives within the WA16 postcode they have the choice to either have the product delivered by our internal Knutsford High Street Delivery Team or for local pick up. If they choose local pick up, you will have to communicate with the buyer the details of the pick up.


Step 6

Once you’re happy with your product content you can publish your product.
Publishing products doesn’t instantly add them to your listing, so to add to your listing simply return to your main dashboard and click ‘Edit’ on the listing card.


Step 7

Click ‘Add Products’ on the left hand side and simply select the products you want to add to your page.


Step 8

Save your listing and then view to check.
