Delivery

If you live in Knutsford or within a 5 miles radius of the town you have the option to either use The Knutsford High Street Delivery Service or you can collect from store.

If you live outside of this area, you have the option to either collect from store or the individual shop may offer a delivery service to your door but this is dependent on the individual shop preference.  If this is offered, it will inform you on purchase.

Knutsford Delivery Service

We offer a service that will pick up your products that you have purchased on The Knutsford High Street from the shops in Knutsford and deliver them direct to your door.  Delivery dates are currently on Tuesday and Friday.

You live further than 5 miles outside Knutsford Collection from store. You can communicate directly with the owner of the shop to organise collection of your goods Free of charge
You live further than 5 miles outside Knutsford Delivery to your door. Postage charges are calculated by the owner of each shop and may vary  dependant of product size and weight and method of delivery.  The cost is shown on the checkout page.

Always check the relevant product page for accurate delivery information. By purchasing an item you agree to the stated delivery date. In the event of any change you’ll be notified of a revised delivery date by email.

You live further than 5 miles outside Knutsford and want delivery to your door.

Unless you’re having a product specially made, delivery is normally within six working days, and often much sooner.

The Shop will include details of delivery times on the relevant product page and will let you know when they aim to dispatch your products once you’ve placed the order.

Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (for example, bad weather or postal strikes). If this happens the Shop will contact you and, where possible and appropriate, will agree a revised delivery date with you. Once your order has been dispatched, the Shop will be in touch again to let you know when to expect delivery.
